About SGA Golf Club
Our Story
SGA Golf Club was founded in 2010 by a group of avid golfers who wanted to make the game more accessible to everyone. We provide competitions throughout the year for players of all abilities.
Affiliation
The SGA Golf Club is affiliated to England Golf and to Lancashire County Golf Association. Its is closely linked to Southport Golf Acadamy and its members must first hold a playing contract with The Academy.
Membership
Our SGA membership package includes a full calendar of competitions and social events. Hand in 3 cards for a handicap and you’re away! If competition is not for you, then there is no pressure to take part, however, to retain a WHS handicap you must play in three qualifying competitions. Membership is currently £30 per calendar year.
